Registration for the conference is mandatory in order to be able to submit abstracts. Abstracts from candidates who have not registered for the meeting will not be accepted.
All accepted abstracts will be published in the Asian Journal of Andrology (an indexed and cited journal), indexed in: BIOSIS, CA, CAB Abstracts, CAB Health, Current Contents/Clinical Medicine, EMBASE, Index Medicus, MEDLINE, PASCAL, Research Alert, SCI Expanded 2004 Impact Factor: 1.096
The last date for submission of abstracts is October 15, 2006
Abstracts being submitted, must conform to the following requirements:
- Must be be restricted to 250 words - excluding title - (limited to 50 KB)
- Must be formatted under 5 headings (a) Title (b) Introduction (c) Materials & Methods (d) Results (e) Discussion
- Must use Times New Roman, black font, regular, 12 point
- Create abstract as MS Word document using the above guidelines, and save on your Desktop or My Documents
- Attach abstract using Browse button in form below and click Submit after filling all other fields
- If submitting multiple abstracts, the above procedure has to be repeated for each abstract

| BEST PAPER AWARDS
All submitted free paper abstracts will be automatically considered for the following awards:
- The AGASSI 2006 Award for the best basic research in the AGAS fields (Ageing, Gender, Andrology, Sexual Sciences)
- The ANDROMEDA 2006 Award for the best clinical paper in the AGAS fields
The awards will carry a cash prize, a citation, and a plaque. The decision of the judges will be final. If no paper is found suitable, the award will not be given for that year. Candidates who do not wish to be considered for the awards may indicate this in advance in the 'Other Comments/ Suggestions' column of their registration form. |
